Contractor Website Design in Orlando, FL
- From $1,499, one-time
- You own every file
- Live in 3 to 6 weeks
- Florida license number built in
An Orlando homeowner choosing between three contractors decides on a phone, a landlord decides between tenants, and the owner of a vacation home near Kissimmee decides from another state after one look at your site. Contractor website design in Orlando has to survive that first look and then the checks that follow: the DBPR license lookup, the permit record with the right office, the Google reviews, the gallery, and whether the site names Winter Park, Horizon West or St. Cloud or just says “serving Central Florida”. Zainfy builds contractor websites in Orlando on WordPress you own, with the license number in the header as Florida Statute 489.119 requires, galleries by project type and town, Spanish-language pages where your customers read Spanish first, a flood-repair or pool-permit page where your work calls for one, and a quote path that works for an owner who is not in town. Construction website design in Orlando FL is one of three services we run in Central Florida; visitors arrive through contractor SEO in Orlando, and the site’s job is to get the form filled.

Orange, Osceola and Seminole data
Contractor websites in Orlando: four numbers that shape the build
Osceola County residents aged 5 and over who speak a language other than English at home, and 40.8% inside the City of Orlando. Source: U.S. Census Bureau, QuickFacts, ACS 2020–2024. A Spanish-language contractor website section for Kissimmee and St. Cloud belongs in the brief, written by people, not bolted on with a translation widget.
Owner-occupied share of homes inside the City of Orlando, against 66.2% in Seminole and 77.6% in Lake County. Source: U.S. Census Bureau, QuickFacts, ACS 2020–2024. In-town work is often approved by a landlord or an absent owner, so the site needs a quote path that works without a walk-through.
Local historic districts in the City of Orlando, from Lake Eola Heights to Colonialtown South, where exterior changes need a Certificate of Appropriateness. Source: City of Orlando. Winter Park runs its own Certificate of Review, so a remodeler working those streets gets a historic-homes page that explains both.
Units permitted in Orange County buildings of five or more units in 2025, up from 3,133 in 2024. Source: U.S. Census Bureau, Building Permits Survey. A general contractor chasing that work needs a credentials packet a developer can download, not only a homeowner gallery.
Orange County’s permits and home values sit next to the other Florida markets we work in our Florida remodeling market report.
The problem
Where Orlando contractor websites lose the quote request
It never says which part of the county
“Serving Central Florida” tells an owner in Oviedo nothing, and gives Google nothing to rank in Oviedo. A site that names Winter Park, Lake Nona, Horizon West and Kissimmee, with a finished project from each, gets the Kissimmee call and ranks for it too.
It treats Orlando like the coast
Orlando’s storms arrive as rain and wind: 22.42 inches at the airport in September 2022, a 76-knot gust in Milton. Sites copied from coastal templates talk about surge and elevation, while owners in Orlo Vista and College Park, flooded twice, want water-intrusion repair, drywall, mold and a permit path.
The proof is buried
The project photos sit behind a stock hero of a kitchen that was never in Florida. The owner came to see your College Park kitchen or your Winter Garden pool cage, so that belongs on the first screen, before any slogan.
It hides the license
No license number in the header and no class, CGC, CRC, CCC or CPC, on a site Florida law treats as advertising. Orlando owners check DBPR before they call, and an out-of-state vacation-home owner checks it before anything else; a missing number is a reason to keep scrolling.
Buyer behavior
What Orlando homeowners, landlords and remote owners check before they call
Most of these checks happen before the first call, many from a phone and some from another country. The site has to answer them in the order an owner asks.
Does this contractor work near me?
Named towns across the metro: Winter Park, College Park, the historic districts, Windermere, Horizon West, Lake Nona, Kissimmee, St. Cloud, Sanford, Lake Mary and Clermont, each with a real project, not a footer list.
Have they done my kind of project?
Galleries by project type: kitchens, baths, whole-house renovations, historic-home exteriors, additions, roofs, pools and screen enclosures, flood repairs and vacation-home refreshes, each tagged with the town and the year so the Lake Mary buyer finds the Lake Mary work.
What will it cost, roughly?
A price-range page. A Windermere owner planning a pool and cage and a Colonialtown South owner restoring a porch both want to know whether you fit their budget before they write; a range per project type tells them in one screen.
Are they legitimate?
DBPR license number and class, required in your advertising; proof of insurance; the permit office for each town you work, from City of Orlando ProjectDox to Osceola’s Permit Center; engineering credentials for pool cages; and reviews that name the neighborhood.
Can I approve it without flying in?
Owners of Reunion and ChampionsGate vacation homes, and investors buying around Orlando, often live in another state or country. A remote-owner page, a video walk-through option, photo progress updates and a quote form that needs no site visit are what they look for before the first email.
Will they look established next to the other two?
Three tabs, three contractors. The site that looks like an established Orlando firm gets the benefit of the doubt: fast on a phone, the newest project first, the license and the reviews visible without a click. Google’s AI Mode leaned the same way on October 23, 2026: all eight Orlando kitchen and bath firms it named were rated 4.8 to 5.0. Design, speed and where the proof sits decide it in seconds.
The build
Construction website design in Orlando: what’s included
Every build follows the standard we use for website design for contractors in every state and adds the Orlando pieces: license in the header, area pages by county and permit office, Spanish-language pages where the work is in Osceola, and a remote-owner quote path. Each site is custom WordPress on hosting in your name, and you own every file. A kitchen and bath remodeler gets galleries by room and town and a price-range page; a home builder gets community pages for Horizon West, Lake Nona and St. Cloud; a pool and screen enclosure builder gets permit, engineering and barrier pages; a roofer gets re-roof and storm pages written inside Florida’s roofing advertising rules. Speed is part of the build, with compressed WebP images, lazy-loaded galleries and a single font, so a 40-photo gallery opens on a phone in a Kissimmee driveway. On-page SEO, schema and an answer-first layout come standard, as on all our contractor website design in Florida. Three packages are below, and Orlando contractor social media keeps new jobs in front of the same buyers after launch.
Custom WordPress Build
No templates, no platform lock-in. You own the files, the hosting access and the domain from day one.
Before/After Portfolio
Laid out by project type, town and buyer, for Orlando owners, landlords and remote owners comparing on a phone. Click-to-call, a quote form that asks project, town and timing, an English and Spanish switch, and the gallery on the first screen.
Neighborhood and Service Pages
Winter Park, College Park, Lake Nona, Horizon West, Windermere, Kissimmee, St. Cloud, Sanford and Lake Mary: pages written on each town’s homes and permit office, not one template with the name swapped, so each can rank for its own searches.
Core Web Vitals and Speed
INP, LCP and CLS passed at launch, mobile-first. Faster sites rank higher and hold attention longer.
Copywriting Included
Three to all pages depending on tier, written for a high-ticket decision, from your real jobs.
Quote Request and Speed-to-Lead
Forms with scope fields, instant alerts, optional CRM connection, click-to-call on every page and online booking on Growth and Success. Included in the Growth and Success packages.
On-Page SEO and AI Readability
Titles, headings, schema and an answer-first layout so Google, ChatGPT and other AI engines can read your trade, your counties, your license class and your projects. Your specialty in one line, your DBPR number matched to your Google Business Profile, and Orlando and Florida spelled the same way on every page.
Google Business Profile Consistency
Name, address, phone, services and photos matched to the site, so the two tell one story to Google and to the homeowner.

Who we build for
Orlando contractor websites, trade by trade
Kitchen and bath remodeler websites
A remodeling website wins on photos: galleries by room, a price-range page, a historic-homes page for Winter Park and the Lake Eola districts, and College Park and Baldwin Park kitchens labeled by neighborhood so the people next door recognize the street.
Home builder websites
Home builder website design in Orlando follows the lots: community pages for Horizon West, Winter Garden, Lake Nona and St. Cloud, a build-timeline page, a floor-plan gallery, and a Parade of Homes page for the homes you show each May.
General contractor websites
Project pages for additions, whole-house renovations and storm repair; the Florida license class in the header; a permit page that names City of Orlando Permitting Services, Orange County’s Division of Building Safety, Seminole or Osceola for each job.
Construction company websites
Construction website design built on one page per service with proof for each, area pages across three counties, and a credentials packet a developer or property manager can download, sized for the multifamily work Orange County is permitting.
Pool and screen enclosure contractor websites
Pool builder website design in Orlando puts the permit questions first: PE-signed cage drawings, Florida Statute 515 barrier rules and Orange County’s electrical, plumbing and gas sub-permits, then galleries by town from Winter Garden to Dr. Phillips and a page for replacing storm-damaged cages.
Roofing contractor websites for storm season
Re-roof pages for tile, shingle and metal, a storm page live before June 1, and insurance-claim copy written inside Florida Statute 489.147: no gift cards, rebates or deductible waivers, and the disclosures the law requires. Drone galleries by town, Apopka to St. Cloud.
Storm and flood repair contractor websites
Water-intrusion, drywall and roof repair pages for neighborhoods that have flooded twice, from Orlo Vista to College Park, with the FEMA 50% rule explained in plain English and the City of Orlando’s “hurricane-related” permit note spelled out. Fast on a phone, because the owner is often standing in the house.
Who we don’t take
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping and handyman companies. Different buyers, different websites.
Coverage
Central Florida markets our Orlando builds cover
Winter Park, College Park and Baldwin Park
Winter Park · College Park · Baldwin Park · Audubon ParkEstablished neighborhoods where owners remodel to stay: kitchens, baths, additions and historic exteriors under Winter Park’s Certificate of Review. College Park flooded in Ian and again in Milton, so a repair page belongs here too.
Downtown historic districts and Mills 50
Lake Eola Heights · Lake Cherokee · Lake Copeland · Lake Lawsona · Colonialtown South · Thornton Park · Mills 50Bungalows and older homes under Certificate of Appropriateness review, in a renter-heavy core where landlords approve the work. Lake Lawsona alone has about 500 buildings dating from 1911 to the 1950s.
Dr. Phillips, Windermere and Horizon West
Dr. Phillips · Windermere · Winter Garden · Horizon WestCustom homes, pools and screen enclosures on the west side. Windermere’s building permits go through PDCS and its lakeshore permits through Orange County; Horizon West is approved for 40,282 homes, so builder community pages earn their place.
Lake Nona and Southeast Orlando
Lake Nona · Southeast OrlandoA master-planned community of newer homes: first remodels, pools, outdoor kitchens and screen enclosures for owners who read their neighbors’ reviews before they call. Galleries tagged by community and street do the convincing.
Kissimmee, St. Cloud and Celebration
Kissimmee · St. Cloud · Celebration · Reunion · ChampionsGateOsceola County, where 58.2% of residents are Hispanic or Latino and many vacation-home owners live elsewhere. Spanish-language pages, a remote-owner quote path and galleries from Reunion and ChampionsGate do the selling.
Sanford, Lake Mary and Oviedo
Sanford · Lake Mary · Oviedo · Altamonte Springs · MaitlandSeminole’s owner suburbs, where two in three homes are owner-occupied: kitchens, baths, additions and re-roofs. Lake Mary, Oviedo and Altamonte Springs permit through their own portals, so each town page names its own office.
Apopka and Clermont
Apopka · Clermont · Lake CountyApopka, where Milton sent a tree through a two-story home, and Clermont in Lake County, where 3,999 single-family homes were permitted in 2025. Storm repair on one side of the map, new-home and first-remodel work on the other.
