The turning point was a four-year engagement with AGS, Dr. Snead’s construction and housing company. Working that closely with one industry taught me something most agency owners never learn. I stopped thinking like a marketer and started thinking like a contractor. I understood the seasonality, the long sales cycles, the way homeowners research before they ever pick up a phone.

Zainfy was built on that understanding. Every strategy we run, every page we build, every ad we launch is designed around how remodeling clients actually make hiring decisions. That is the difference.

Dr. Leslie Snead is a US-based entrepreneur and the founder of Aevlove Green Solutions (AGS), a sustainable housing company operating across the United States. With over a decade in real estate development and affordable housing, he understands better than most how contractors, builders, and developers actually run their businesses.

His relationship with Zainfy did not start in a boardroom. It started as a client. For five years, Dr. Snead worked closely with Zayn Shah on AGS digital marketing, watching firsthand what real results look like for construction businesses. That working relationship, built on trust and consistent outcomes, is what led to the founding of Zainfy.

He brings to Zainfy something no marketing textbook can teach: genuine industry experience from the client side.
