Sales & Marketing

Atlanta, Georgia · Zainfy

Ethan came out of the construction industry, which is the short explanation for why his conversations with contractors go differently. He is not learning the vocabulary on the call.

He knows what a slow season feels like from the inside. What a bad lead costs in wasted drive time and a wasted afternoon. Why a crew booked six weeks out has a completely different problem from one booked six days out, and why the marketing advice that suits one is actively wrong for the other.

Four years in sales and marketing since then, all of it with local businesses rather than corporate accounts. He works out of Atlanta and knows the market at street level: which suburbs are renovating, which trades are crowded, and how a homeowner in Georgia actually chooses between three quotes when all three sound the same on paper.

That local knowledge is why he handles the market side of the work. A campaign built for a city nobody on the team has driven through is a campaign built on guesses, and guesses are expensive when a single lead costs what it costs in this industry.
