Link building and digital PR · Zainfy
Off-page SEO is where most agencies quietly cut corners, because nobody audits it and the damage arrives six months later. Umar works the slow way instead, which is the only version that survives an algorithm update.
Five years of it. Guest posting, digital PR placements, and the patient work of earning links from sites a real person would actually visit. He works only with home improvement companies, so the publications, associations and trade sites he approaches are ones he already has a relationship with rather than rows on a list bought from someone.
His standard for a link is slightly stricter than the industry’s and easy to state: if the page would embarrass the client to be seen on, it does not go in the report. That rules out most of what passes for link building, and leaves the part that actually moves rankings.
It is slower. A month where four good placements land looks worse on a spreadsheet than a month where forty bad ones do, right up until the day the bad ones stop counting.
