Dr. Leslie Snead is the co-founder and strategic advisor of Zainfy, and the founder and CEO of Aevolve Green Solutions (AGS), which manufactures healthy, smart and net-zero affordable housing. He brings more than thirty years in US construction to an agency that markets contractors.
Thirty years on the building side
His career runs through construction, including more than a decade in real estate development and affordable housing. He founded AGS in 2014 and still leads it, so the pressures contractors describe to Zainfy are ones he meets in his own business.
From client to co-founder
Dr. Snead met Zainfy’s founder as a client. For five years Zayn Shah ran digital marketing for AGS, and Dr. Snead saw first-hand which work produced inquiries and which only produced reports. That working relationship led the two of them to found Zainfy in 2023, for contractors only.
