Contractor Website Design in Miami, FL
- From $1,499, one-time
- You own every file
- Live in 3 to 6 weeks
- Florida license number built in
A Miami homeowner comparing three contractors decides on a phone, usually after dinner, often in Spanish; a seasonal owner in Sunny Isles decides from New Jersey; a condo board in Brickell decides after a property manager checks your permit history on Miami-Dade’s portal; a Coral Gables owner decides after checking that you know what the Board of Architects is. The site has to prove four things in five seconds: which part of the county you work, that you have done this exact job on this exact kind of building, that you hold a Florida license, and how to get a quote. Zainfy builds that site for remodeling and construction contractors only, on WordPress you own. Contractor website design in Miami FL is a market of generic Miami web design agencies and trade templates with another city’s photos; this is the custom, contractor-only option, scoped to Miami-Dade’s three markets: the condo interiors on the coast, the single-family remodels in the Gables, Pinecrest and Kendall, and the Spanish-first homes west of the Palmetto. Every Miami build starts from our Florida contractor website design and adds the Spanish pages and product-approval proof this county expects.

Miami-Dade by the numbers
Contractor websites in Miami: four numbers that set the brief
Owner-occupied share of the City of Miami’s housing, against 52.2% across Miami-Dade County. Seven in ten homes inside the city belong to landlords, investors and seasonal owners who decide from a distance. A site that only talks to the owner-occupier misses most of its audience. U.S. Census Bureau QuickFacts, ACS 2020–2024
Share of Miami-Dade residents who speak a language other than English at home. The homeowner in Hialeah, Doral or Westchester reads your site in Spanish or does not read it; a translate button is not a Spanish page. Real indexed Spanish pages with hreflang are part of the build. U.S. Census Bureau QuickFacts, ACS 2020–2024
Housing units permitted in Miami-Dade in 2025 in buildings of five units or more, against 2,666 single-family homes. A condo renovation contractor’s site sells board approvals and finished units in Brickell; a builder’s site sells lots in Homestead. Same county, two different websites. U.S. Census Bureau Building Permits Survey 2025
Florida Statute §489.119 is the rule that puts your certificate or registration number in every advertisement, your website included. Miami homeowners and condo boards look it up on DBPR before they call; the site that shows it in the header answers the check. Florida Statutes Ch. 489
The county-by-county numbers behind these choices are in our Florida remodeling market report.
The problem
Why Miami contractor websites lose the lead
It never says which part of the county
“Serving Miami-Dade” tells a homeowner in Pinecrest nothing, and tells Google and the AI tools nothing. The site has to name Coral Gables, Brickell, Doral, Kendall, Hialeah and Miami Beach, and show a job in each.
It says “hurricane work” and stops
Miami-Dade owners know the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone and the Notice of Acceptance by name, and many know the 30-year recertification cycle. A site that explains NOA-rated windows and roofing, the permit sequence through RER or iBuild, and what a milestone inspection means wins that owner; a site that says “we handle hurricane damage” loses them to the one that does.
The proof is buried
Before/after photos sit three clicks deep behind a stock hero image of a kitchen that is not in Florida. The homeowner wanted to see a finished Coral Gables kitchen or a renovated Brickell unit on the first screen.
It hides the license
No license number in the header, no CGC, CBC or CRC class, on a site that Florida law says must show it. In a county where unlicensed-contractor fraud is a standing warning on the news, the homeowner who cannot find it on your site finds it on a competitor’s.
Buyer behavior
What Miami homeowners and condo boards check before they call
A Miami homeowner runs these checks before asking for an estimate; contractor SEO in Miami gets them to the site, and the site has to pass.
Does this contractor work near me?
Named areas across the county: Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Brickell, Doral, Kendall, Hialeah, Miami Beach, Homestead. A service-area map. Projects labeled by neighborhood and by building, and in the Gables and Miami Beach, by what was approved.
Have they done my kind of project?
Galleries by project type: kitchens, baths, condo interiors, roofs, impact windows, additions, pools and outdoor living, new builds, rental turnarounds. A custom build on WordPress, not a template with another city’s photos swapped out.
What will it cost, roughly?
A price-range page. A Coral Gables homeowner in a $1.1 million house and a Kendall owner in a 1970s block home both want to know you work at their level.
Are they legitimate?
DBPR license number and class (required in your advertising), insurance with a certificate a condo board can download, reviews that match Google, a real Miami-Dade address or an honest service-area statement. Seasonal owners and boards check these first because they cannot visit.
Can I read it in Spanish?
Three in four Miami-Dade households speak a language other than English at home. A bilingual site: a Spanish homepage, service pages and quote form, built as real pages with hreflang, written by a native reviewer, not a plugin overlay. In Doral and Hialeah this is the difference between a call and a bounce.
Will they look established next to the other two?
Three tabs open, three contractors. The site that looks like the established Coral Gables firm gets the benefit of the doubt, whatever the truck says.
The build
What’s included in a Miami contractor website
Outside Florida this is our contractor website design service; in Miami-Dade it ships with Spanish pages and NOA proof. Website design for contractors in Miami, and web design for remodeling contractors in particular, means a custom WordPress build around your services, neighborhoods and portfolio, in two languages where the data says so: contractor web design for a county where most buyers compare in Spanish and many compare from out of state. You sign off a homepage mockup before any build starts. Home builder website design in Miami-Dade and construction website design for Miami FL firms get the same structure: license number in the header (CGC, CBC, CRC or roofing CCC), 14 mockups to choose a direction from, and call tracking on every phone number. A website redesign in Miami, roofing company website design in Miami, a general contractor website, or the searches homeowners there actually type, website design for contractor Miami, website design for contractor Hialeah and website design for contractor Miami Gardens, all start from the same brief: a custom home builder website for Homestead and Coral Gables lots, a kitchen remodeler website for Gables and Pinecrest galleries, and a condo renovation website for Brickell that names the board process.
Custom WordPress Build
No templates, no platform lock-in. You own the files, the hosting access and the domain from day one.
Before/After Portfolio
Structured by project type, building type and part of the county, built for Miami homeowners and boards who compare three contractors.
Neighborhood and Service Pages
Miami, Coral Gables, Brickell, Doral, Kendall, Hialeah, Miami Beach: pages written on each area’s housing, not a list in the footer, with Spanish versions of the ones that drive calls.
Core Web Vitals and Speed
INP, LCP and CLS passed at launch, mobile-first. Faster sites rank higher and hold attention longer.
Copywriting Included
Three to all pages depending on tier, written for a high-ticket decision, from your real jobs.
Quote Request and Speed-to-Lead
Forms with scope fields, instant alerts, optional CRM connection, click-to-call on every page and online booking on Growth and Success. Included in the Growth and Success packages.
On-Page SEO and AI Readability
Titles, headings, schema and an answer-first, AI-readable structure so Google, ChatGPT and other AI engines can read what you do and where. When we asked Google’s AI Mode for Miami’s best remodelers on October 22, 2026, every firm it named had a clear trade, a verifiable Florida license and a Miami address on the page; your site is built to be read the same way, which is the experience, expertise, authority and trust Google calls E-E-A-T, on the page.
Google Business Profile Consistency
Name, address, phone, services and photos matched to the site, so the two tell one story to Google and to the homeowner.

Who we build for
What each trade’s Miami website needs
Kitchen and bath remodeler websites
A remodeling website design wins on photos: galleries by room, a price-range page, a bathroom remodel and walk-in shower page, a portfolio that matches your Houzz profile. Buyers in Coral Gables and Pinecrest compare finishes before they compare quotes; buyers in Doral compare them in Spanish.
Home builder websites
Home builder website design for the two ends of the county: lot and community pages for Homestead and Cutler Bay, a teardown-and-rebuild page for Coral Gables and Pinecrest, floor plans, a build-on-your-lot page, a warranty page, and a remote-buyer page for the owner who is not in Florida yet.
General contractor websites
General contractor website design: project-type pages for additions, whole-house renovations and structural work on 1950s–1970s block homes; Florida license class and insurance on the page; a service-area page that says which part of the county you work.
Construction company websites
Construction company website design built on one page per service with proof for each, plus area pages across Miami-Dade, from Aventura to Homestead.
Condo renovation contractor websites
A condo page that names what boards ask for: certificate of insurance naming the association, freight-elevator and work-hour rules, soundproofing, and a gallery by building type. A second page for milestone-inspection, recertification and SIRS repair work, written for the property manager who found you after the engineer’s report.
Roofing and impact window websites
Re-roof, NOA-rated tile and metal, impact window and insurance-claim pages written inside Florida’s roofing advertising rules, with the Notice of Acceptance explained in plain English, financing and warranty details, and a call button that is always in reach. Roofing is the most contested contractor search in Miami; the site that loads fast and shows the license wins the call.
Pool and outdoor living websites
Outdoor-living pages that load fast on a phone, photo-first, for Pinecrest pools, Doral outdoor kitchens and Coral Gables terraces, with a book-before-summer call to action aimed at the seasonal owner who is in town until April.
Who we don’t take
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping and handyman companies. Different buyers, different websites.

How HVHZ Code Fluency Builds Trust for South Florida Contractors
In Miami-Dade, building to the HVHZ standard is the strongest trust signal a remodeler owns, and most websites never show it. Where it goes on the page.Read the post →
