Best Network Design, LLC — 112% More Reach in 3 Months

How Zainfy turned a Detroit low-voltage and security integration firm’s quiet, inconsistent social presence into a high-engagement channel built to support commercial and government bids.

Our social presence never matched the level of work we were actually doing. Zainfy fixed that. In about three months our reach more than tripled and our profile finally reflects the projects we deliver.

Meet the Client

Best Network Design is a low-voltage electrical contracting and integrated building technologies firm headquartered in Detroit, Michigan. The company designs and installs surveillance, access control, intrusion detection, and HVAC systems for commercial, government, and residential clients across the state.

Their project portfolio includes work on major Michigan infrastructure — the Gordie Howe International Bridge, the Wayne County Criminal Justice Center, the Detroit Real Time Crime Center, and the DDOT bus fleet camera installation, among others. They’re an established name in B2B and government-facing security integration.

But that level of work wasn’t reflected anywhere on social media. Their Instagram and Meta presence was inconsistent and low-engagement, and it didn’t communicate the scale or credibility of the projects they were actually delivering.

The Channel We Built

From Quiet Profile to Active Growth Engine

Zainfy took over Best Network Design’s Instagram and Meta presence and rebuilt the content and ad strategy around the work they were already doing — Reels-first installation footage, before-and-after security upgrades, and behind-the-scenes project content from active job sites across Michigan.

The Challenge

Doing the Work, Invisible Online

Best Network Design was already landing major commercial and government contracts — bridge infrastructure, county justice facilities, municipal transit fleets. But none of that credibility showed up anywhere a prospective client, general contractor, or procurement officer would actually look before a bid.

Their social channels existed but weren’t being used strategically. Posting was sporadic, there was no content system, and paid social spend wasn’t connected to a retargeting strategy — so reach was shrinking quarter over quarter instead of compounding.

No Content System

Posts were sporadic and reactive, with no Reels-first strategy in place despite Reels already driving the majority of reach on Instagram.

Ad Spend Wasn't Working

Legacy campaigns had a rising cost per result and falling reach — spend was going up while performance went down.

Credibility Gap Online

Government and commercial-grade project work wasn't represented anywhere a decision-maker doing due diligence would actually see it.

The Zainfy Solution

Three Services. One Unified System.

We didn’t patch the problem — we rebuilt the entire social presence. Every service was designed to work independently and compound when combined.

01

Content Strategy & Production

Built a Reels-first content system around real install footage — before/after security upgrades, on-site project spotlights, and behind-the-scenes content pulled directly from active jobs across Michigan.

02

Profile & Channel Optimization

rebuilt the Instagram and Facebook presence to clearly communicate the scope of work to both homeowners and the commercial/government decision-makers doing due diligence before awarding a bid.

03

Targeted Meta Ads & Retargeting

Replaced underperforming legacy campaigns with a structured Prospecting → Retargeting funnel built to reach facilities managers, GCs, and procurement contacts across Michigan.

Real Data. Verified Results.

The Numbers Don't Lie

Live screenshots from platform analytics and ad reporting comparing the 3 months before the campaign (Dec 2024–Feb 2025) to the 3 months after (Mar–May 2025). No projections. No estimates.

Instagram Insights — Before (Dec 2024–Feb 2025)

What This Means

Reach was up only 12.4% quarter over quarter — modest, inconsistent growth with no content system driving it. An engagement rate of 2.24% left real room to grow.

What This Means

Accounts reached grew 201% over the prior quarter. Engagement rate more than doubled to 5.88%, driven by a Reels-first strategy pulling 63.7% of total reach by month 3.

Meta Business Suite — After (Mar–May 2025)

What This Means

Facebook (Meta) before the campaign: reach 4,128, engagement rate 2.41%, and only 196 content interactions over 90 days. Growth was flat and there was no content system driving it.

Meta Ads Manager — After (Mar–May 2025)

What This Means

Facebook (Meta) after 3 months: reach 9,764 (up 112%), engagement rate 6.04%, content interactions 628, and 452 net new followers. Of total reach, 8,566 came from organic content and 1,198 from ads — Reels drove 65.8%.

Meta Ads Manager — Before (Dec 2024–Feb 2025)

What This Means

Meta Ads before the restructure: reach 3,842, CTR 1.72%, 46 link clicks, and a cost per result of $10.94 across $189.46 in spend. Rising costs, shrinking returns.

What This Means

Meta Ads after the Prospecting → Retargeting rebuild: reach 9,684, CTR up to 2.84%, 132 link clicks, and cost per result down to $7.74 (−23.2%) — same budget pattern, far better conversion.

3 Months. Measured. Real.
